Taps

The most common problems are leaking/dripping taps, loose taps, and noises when the tap is turned off.  Most of these problems can be easily resolved. However if the tap is loose or moves, then this could loosen the connectors, which could lead to out of sight leaks going undetected.  Eventually in time this will become apparent, by this time considerable damage may have been done.
